04-19Americans with Disabilities Act • It is the intent of the Brunswick Fire Company No. 1 not to, discriminate in anyway shape or form. • If a time arises when a member fits the criteria of the ADA, it is the responsibility of that member to provide the Chief with a signed letter from that member’s doctor stating what types of duties are permissible to be performed by that member.
