Key Points • All three plans cover same health services • All three plans offer same network of doctors, clinics and hospitals • Plans differ in what employee pays in out-of-pocket expenses including premiums • The out-of-pocket maximums differ with each plan • All three plan offer same prescription drug coverage and co-pays • All plans offer preventive care benefits

Dental Insurance Update • No change in plan design for either plan for 2009 • No change in premiums for either plan for 2009
On-line Enrollment Process • 2009 is an active enrollment year. Every employee will need to enroll or waive coverage using the on-line tool. • No paper enrollment forms will be sent out. • Open Enrollment will run from November 3 through November 14.
