  2. Who is this site for and who will be involved? How will the project be organized? This site is for general public access. Just about all the ACHD staff. First Step is to form groups under Content Mgrs.

  3. Each Content Manager will be responsible for organizing their areas of responsibility. Content Managers Tasks Setup a meeting with selected staff • Identify initial content to be posted - Organize how information will be submitted - Assure proper approval prior to submission. Setup a meeting with IT Dept.

The ACHD Website (Internet- Public information site) is now under construction.  We are beginning the 1st phase and Web Content Managers, Have been assigned.  I am the representative of the following programs: Grants (Cardiovascular, Believe in Miracles) etc. . . We Care Conference Center In-service Special Projects Tobacco Kid Care What does this mean.  It means that we are gathering information for the Web page to include information regarding all of the programs.We are working on the prototype.  The first page will list the programs and projects and point a page of information about the program.  We will include important phone number, research linked sites and get feedback from u=you to keep ACHD and other sites information updated. What I need from you via-email so this info can be cut and pasted in to the web page. Contact person with phone number Information about your program(s) Eligibility for services Links to another services etc What ever else you would like to include (this information will be reviewed and may go into the second phase) Please send to me by Friday November 1, 2002 3 PM ACHD Web Content Manager - Sample Email .
