Telecommunications Consultants India Limited • TCIL has constituted Remuneration Committee on 12.01.2009 headed by the Independent Director as per DPE Guidelines vide their Office Memo No.2(70)/08-DPE(WC) Dt 26.11.2008.
Telecommunications Consultants India Limited • The Company has worked out PRP for the year 2009-2010 for first time.
Telecommunications Consultants India Limited • TCIL has been rated as “EXCELLENT” for the year 2009-10 based on the achievement of the MOU Targets.

Telecommunications Consultants India Limited • The Company has provided PRP amounting to Rs. 0.75 Crores. However, the amount has been paid only to the extent of Rs. 0.64 Crores.

Telecommunications Consultants India Limited • Company has followed all the criteria as per DPE Guidelines except Bell Curve approach.
Telecommunications Consultants India Limited • The Board has already appointed a Committee of Full Time Directors and Executive Directors to decide the criteria of Performance Management of the Officers as per bell curve approach. The criteria is under discussion by the Committee.
Telecommunications Consultants India Limited • The Salient Features of proposed Bell Curve Approach are : • Employees are proposed to be graded as per the following categories : - • Excellent : 15% • Very Good : 45% • Good : 30% • Below Par : 10% • To make the system transparent, for critical areas of company’s business targets will be proposed by Divisional Heads and fixed after due discussions. Present critical areas for the company are identified as under : -
Telecommunications Consultants India Limited a) Order Booking b) Turnover c) Profits d) Dynamic parameters like outstanding dues realizations and Customer’s Satisfaction, timely execution of projects. • Parameters selected shall be key factors for the growth of the Company. Divisional Heads giving highest targets will be considered for rating as “Excellent” subject to achievement of 90% of targets proposed.
Telecommunications Consultants India Limited TARGETS FOR THE OTHER EXECUTIVES IN THE DIVISION Targets for the other Executives of the Division shall be fixed at the commencement of the year in discussions with them and accordingly officers giving the highest targets will be considered for Excellent rating subject to 90% achievement.
