1. DISCOVERING THE POWER OF YOUR MERKABAH Merkabah or Merkaba is a star tetrahedron, a three dimensional eight pointed star made from two equally sized interlocked tetrahedra. Triangular pyramids of light with a common center, where one tetrahedron points up and the other down. It harmonizes male and female energy, much like a Yin/Yang symbol. “Mer” means light, “Ka” means spirit and “Ba” means body. Merkaba- Light Spirit Body. Merkaba for healing and balance The benefits of using the Merkabah are greatly varied: It is a most powerful healing and protection tool. By utilizing the ancient Prana breathing technique, we are able to restore the Prana flow through the pineal gland at the center of our brain. This revived use of our gland, which has been virtually dormant for 13,000 years allows the heightened use of our telepathic and extra sensory perception abilities. The Merkabah balances and revives the activities between the two sides of our brain. Such training strengthens our sensitivities and mental abilities, (at this time we use only 5-10% of our brain). The Merkabah assists us in our spiritual growth .It connects us with our higher self (i.e. ourselves on a higher level of consciousness). The Merkaba enables us to feel unconditional love Kundalini practice (heart opening) thus healing ourselves as well as others. It gives us the possibility of creating any kind of harmonious reality we desire. The Merkabah can be "programmed" to do anything (the only drawback being our own belief and imagination). The Merkaba is also a tool that can be used to transcend into other dimensions. Revived studies and practices of the Merkabah are emerging all over the world after so many years of being suppressed from different sources, including the Old Testament, Kabala and even the traditional Tarot cards.

2. Each of our Merkaba’s are in constant connection with Source, so your creative matrix allows you to combine soul intention with the spark of source energy to create any reality you choose. Like crystals, it is programmed through meditation and intentions, as long as it is actively spinning, which is done through breathing exercises and by instructing intentions. Only you control your Merkaba, no other human may do so, although healers can help with breathwork to support your work. Active programming is very yang in energy, task specific, detailed and proactive; if there is negative energy emanating from another person you can program your merkaba to deflect it. If you desire a specific job or relationship, your merkaba can reach in the energy matrix and help conspire to create this reality. Reactive, female patterning is more reactive so try creating a statement like; “Merkaba I program you to flow with ease in this physical reality and to see that all my needs and desires are fulfilled for the highest good of all involved.” re acceptance of synchronicity. Meditation with Your Merkaba Sit or lie down, close your eyes and settle your mind. First let us see the tetrahedrons surrounding your body: the male pyramid points upwards and begins at your knees, extending several feet above your head. The female pyramid extends downwards from your shoulders and reaches several feet below your own feet. Are your pyramids spinning? Let us activate them now so that each pyramid spins in a different direction – the male pyramid spins from left to right around your body, and the female pyramid spins from right to left around your body. Together, they energize your meridians more fully. As they spin, see them create a light field around your body, growing larger and larger in a saucer like shape expanded by the centrifugal force of the merkaba. Breathe in, and out, in and out, a circular pattern that further fuels your merkaba. Now think about about how you, personally, would like to pattern your merkaba. How will you put your personal computer to work for you? Take some time to

3. focus your attention on the matter, and set your intention with your merkaba now. Know that whatever you have intended, your merkaba is now working on it completely, without deviation of failure. Get into a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, close your eyes and let your mind know you are ready to program your Merkaba. Visualize the tetrahedrons surrounding your body; male pointing upwards beginning at your knees, extending several feet above your head and female pyramid extending down from your shoulders to below your feet. See your pyramids spinning. Activate each pyramid so they each spin in a different directions, male spinning left to right around you, female right to left. Notice if you feel energized as they activate and energize as they spin. Visualize a light field around your body, expanding bigger and bigger in a saucer like shape.Breathe in deeply and slowly, and out. Now focus attention on what you desire, set your intentions, your Merkaba will work on your vision without any deviation Give thanks and say “And So It Is” when you are clear on your visualizations, visualize your aura glowing around you, imagine each of your chakras all in tune spinning in each color and believe your body and DNA cells are turned on to their fullest potential. Know you are energized and your energy is conspiring with the matrix to call forth all you desired. Ground yourself back into your body, you may feel like you left your physical body. Be cautious you are balanced before driving, or moving about. Give thanks that your vision is being actualized, have faith and expect magic and miracles to materialize.
