State of Utah • Public Service Commission (PSC) is charged with regulating and enforcing of Pipeline safety regulations.(54-13-2) • PSC has adopted Federal Pipeline Safety Regulations.(R746-409-1(B)) • Division of Public Utilities (DPU) Pipeline safety Staff monitors compliance by conducting inspections & examining records.
