  2. What is NMPI? • NMPI is a New Mexico not-for-profit corporation, 501(c)6 • NMPI is an affiliation of accredited private investors • NMPI is one organization with two working groups, Albuquerque and Santa Fe • NMPI is NOT a Venture Fund Coronado Ventures Forum

What is the Purpose of NMPI? • Provide opportunities where its members can obtain outstanding financial returns by investing in early-stage companies in NM • Serve as a bridge between the “F&F” investments and the first venture round • Identify and encourage true innovation • Provide guidance to entrepreneurial companies to prepare them for success Coronado Ventures Forum

What Does NMPI Do For Members? • Evaluates All Submitted Business Plans • Evaluates Companies by Pre-Screening • Organizes Formal Presentation by Companies to All Members • Organizes Due Diligence Sessions • Monitors All Companies Post-Investment • Helps Companies Find Next Financing Coronado Ventures Forum
