  1. What We Learned From You Health Improvement Survey Results

Design and Purpose • The purpose of the survey was to ask North Country residents to rank the top three health issues affecting their community. • We sent the survey online to over 1300 people who either live or work in the North Country. • The survey was sent to: healthcare providers, business professionals, law enforcement officials, educators, legislators, town officials and other community leaders and members. • All respondents who completed the survey were entered into a drawing to win a Family Season Pass to the New Hampshire State Parks System. The drawing will be conducted today at lunch!

  3. Overall Response • 411 total responses • 386 Complete Responses from across the North Country and the State.

  4. Grouping the Responses – Sub-regions • Based on the number of responses, we grouped the North Country into three separate sub-regions: • Western Coos (Pittsburg, Clarksville, Stewartstown, Dixville,Colebrook, Columbia, Millsfield, Stratford, Stark, Northumberland, Groveton, Lancaster, Whitefield, Jefferson, Dalton, Twin Mountain) • Berlin-Gorham Area (Wentworth’s Location, Errol, Dummer, Cambridge, Milan, Berlin, Randolph, Gorham, Shelburne) • Northern Grafton (Littleton, Bethlehem, Monroe, Lyman, Lisbon, Sugar Hill, Franconia, Lincoln, Bath, Landaff, Easton, Woodsville, Haverhill, Benton, Woodstock, Piermont, Warren)
