Labrador Coastal Equipment Ltd. Founded in 2000 for the purpose of acquiring as much knowledge as possible in the renewable energy industry and making it available to Newfoundlanders and Labradorians. Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro (NLH) and Newfoundland Power (NP) have been very co-operative in helping this industry to proceed . We have also been sharing our experience and expertise with other parts of the world. We wish to make Newfoundland and Labrador a major international player in the export of renewable energy equipment and knowledge. With the co-operation of federal, provincial and municipal governments we can become a world leader in the renewable energy industry Newfoundland has some of the best shipping and receiving facilities in the world for the export of renewable energy equipment. .
