SOOGs (1) SOOG-1: Transformation of the ICT Sector SOOG-2: Ensure the provision of broadband services SOOG-3: Optimise the use of the radio frequency and numbering resource to support the widest variety of services SOOG-4: Promote the protection of consumers and accessibility for persons with disabilities

Predetermined objectives Audit findings in auditor’s report: • Of the total number of planned targets, only 32 targets were achieved during the year under review. This represents 56% of total planned targets that were not achieved during the year under review • This was due to under spending of the budget relevant to the following divisions which were then reprioritised: • Markets and Competition • Engineering and Technology • Consumer Affairs
