Objectives • To obtain information regarding employee satisfaction and interest in College Colors Day • Development a clear concise survey that will provide valuable information for event improvement • Provide valuable incentives that will increase participation in the survey
Initiative 1 • Information gathered from the 10 questions survey: • demographics of UO employees • education level • Interest in further education • thoughts and impressions of event • suggestions for future event • Evaluation of the survey must be consistent • take note of where questions weren't answered or what areas could be improved • debrief with the people who did the interviews to find out what was difficult and what seemed to work. • Recording this information can help you tailor your survey to your community's needs the next time you need to develop a survey and will be helpful
Initiative 2 • Provide rational incentives for survey participation • Free Universal Studios merchandise • Paid day off of work • Hotel stay at affiliated hotels • Raffle for scholarship money or tuition • iPod, Wii, etc.

Challenges/SWOT • Develop a survey that will provide essential information for future event improvement • Generate interest in taking the survey • Our inexperience in the event • Not sure how many employees will attend College Colors Day • Administering the survey online
Conclusion • Incentives provided will drive participation which should equate to a large sample size • Information provided will help increase future employee participation
