Within the Customer Web Portal you can: View Documents Place Orders PDF Document related to the order are organized and easily viewed via the customer web portal. Easily place orders online with the operations you work with everyday. Calculate Rates Check Status Through the online rate calculator you can estimate the costs associated with a specific order. Find the latest information about your orders by looking the loan number, borrowers last name, order date, or escrow number. 2

Orders Submitting and order online via the Customer Web Portal is easy. Simply Click on the “Place Orders” tab and complete required info. Available branches will be listed here. Available escrow officers will be listed here. 4
Orders Once all the required information has been entered click the “submit order” button. Upon the successful submission of your order, a confirmation screen will appear. 5
Status Click on the “Check Status” tab and enter information in the chosen field and click submit You may also search order by the options listed here. Use your preferred method for order lookup. 6
Status Click on the link for the order found in the search results. 7
Status Order detail information including date and time of task completion. 8
Report Card Status information feeds into the reports that can be delivered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. 9

Rates Click on the “Rate Calculator” link on the home page of the Customer Web Portal. 11
Rates Enter your username and password when prompted. 12
Rates Enter the required information to calculate the rate. Enter all information in the required fields (*). Then click on the “Add Endorsements and Recording Fees” button. 13
Rates Click on the box next to the endorsement you would like to add into the fee quote and then click the “Get Estimates” button. Then click on the “Get Estimates” button. 14
Rates A fee estimate will be generated. This estimate can be saved, emailed, or printed. 15
