  3. Continuing from last year.. HGfL carried out an online survey, asking schools to comment on the service they received during 2009 to 2010. As a result of this survey HGfL have retained the Service Level Agreement offerings, namely Core, On-site & IP Telephony. Core On-Site IPT

HGfL Service Level Pricing We have continued to implement the reduction methods from 2009-2010 have been continued: • Special schools (50% discount) • Small Primary schools and Nurseries (15% discount) • As a result of supplier pricing, plus losing the council subsidy, • HGfL’s prices will increase for 2010-2011 by: 4%
