A nationwide survey produced by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to monitor the six health-risk behaviors of youth: • Physical activity • Dietary behaviors • Tobacco use • Alcohol and other drug use • Behaviors that contribute to unintentional injuries and violence (including suicide) • Sexual risk behaviors • Data is collected every other year, during the odd numbered years, in grades 6-8 and 9-12 What is the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS)?
