  19. The quality aspect

  20. Managing Director of Baidyanath, Shri R A Sharma receiving the NAGARJUN AWARD from the Hon’ble President of India Smt. Pratibha Patil for QUALITY MANUFACTURING of Ayurvedic products

  21. The quality aspect Chromatographic finger print We do not throw around the word "quality" lightly. To us, It encompasses a whole range of Important elements which must all be in place and substantiated in order to reach a level of "meaningful quality“. The three basic elements of meaningful quality are starting with ingredients that are made with carefully-controlled methods and have scientific validation, controlling the supplement man-ufacturing process and environment, and conducting finished-product testing to ensure the process produced the product as it was intended

  22. Certifications ISO 9001:2008 GMP

  23. Manufacturing Process Controls • If you start with the right ingredients you must then be sure that the manufacturing process is carefully controlled. We take a Total Quality Management approach to the entire process and see quality as an Important element .Research and development, product formulation, raw material Identity testing, powder blending, capsule making, packaging and even order processing and shipping. Each of these stages have specific parameters of quality that must be met and have significant oversight from our management and quality teams. • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strict internal step -by-step guides for conducting the day-to-day operations of manufacturing supplements. We have them in place for all aspects of our business. SOPs are followed closely by all departments and we are constantly working to Improve and update them. • Document and Record Control are other elements of quality control that requires meticulous record keeping. This is a history of the manufacturing process for a product and provides traceability. This ensures that all inspections, tests, processes and reviews were conducted according to GMP standards. • GMP Training is part of the routine process of making sure that all employees are trained and tested in GMP concepts and processes. The training is continual and ensures that all staff members can apply GMPs to their specific areas of responsibility. • Nitya conducts frequent Internal Audits to ensure that quality assurance procedures are being followed and to verify the staff's {and company's) adherence to SOPs and GMPs.

  24. How are the products regulated ? • These products are over the counter products and as such do not require any prescriptions. These products also suit the Spa client with its preventive approach or immunity builders.

  25. How to proceed ahead? What is involved in creating a private label It is a very simple process. Just three steps. • SELECT product(s) from our range available on www.ageayurveda.com • SUBMIT your logo and "marketed by" info. • APPROVE your label. Once approved, normal turnaround time is 20 to 30 days

  26. How to proceed ahead? What is involved in creating a private label In detail: • Log on to www.ageayurveda.com or contact us on 0919935963339 and tell us what products you want, the sizes and sales projections of how many units of each product you expect to sell in a year's time. • You tell us where you need to be on pricing for this to work for you and we give you a quote. • Either you design the label yourself or you can have our in-house creative services department design it for you. Once the label is agreed upon... • Send us the order, we make it and ship it and you get to sell your own high margin brand of high quality product! • Some of our private label clients have had product on their shelf in as little as four weeks time from the first contact! • If you have custom needs such as unique packaging or want to take the time to develop a specific set of labels to roll out many products at once, the process may take a little longer. Maybe you will want to develop an online store before launching your new line. Or you will need mocks to show to a mass merchant. Or you want help training your sales staff about the new items. We will work closely with you to see that your individual needs are met. • The minimum orders are 180 bottles of each product. • That's it. Short, simple, sweet; it is literally possible to start your own private label with as little as a Rs. 50,000 ( Rupees Fifty Thousand) investment. We don't market our products, so our only priority is your product line!

  27. Myths of Private labeling Myth: Having a private label for one's products means investing a lot of money. False: You can start up a private label with us for less than Rs. 50,000. Contact Mr. Rajiv at 09935963339 to know the details or mail us at mail@ageayurveda.com

  28. Myths of Private labeling Myth: You have to be a megastore or chain before private label makes sense. False: We do private labels for even the traditional store all the way up to those who supply the mass market stores.

  29. Myths of Private labeling Myth: You have to maintain a large inventory False: In almost all cases we can make product as it is needed or we can warehouse it for you. And send them to you whenever you need it.
