UNC VMware • UNC VMware Environment • 3 HP C7000 Blade Chassis: • 4 HP Virtual Connect Modules for Networking • 2 HP Virtual Connect Modules for Fiber • Redundant paths for networking and fiber • Currently 10 Blades with ESX 3.5 Update 2 • Each Blade has: • 2 AMD 2.8GHz • 16GB Ram • 1 NIC for Management • 1 NIC for Vmotion • HP EVA 4100 Configuration – EVA 4400 for E-Fort: • LUNs are kept at 300GB • 8 to 10 VMs per LUN • Multiple paths • Every ESX host has access to every LUN CHECO Presentation
