SENIOR BREAKFAST WILL BE HELD IN THE SCHOOL CAFETERIA FROM 6 TO 7 AM PRACTICE WILL BE HELD IN THE AUDITORIUM FROM 7 TO 10 AM ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY SENIORS THAT DO NOT ATTEND WILL NOTBE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CEREMONY CAPS AND GOWNS WILL BE HANDED OUT AFTER PRACTICE ALONG WITH TICKETS GRADUATION PRACTICEWednesday 27, 2008

  3. GRADUATION INFORMATION • GRADUATION IS THURS. MAY 28TH AT 4:00 PM, AT PHOENIX FIRST ASSEMBLY CHURCH • GRADUATES MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00 PM • GRADUATES MUST BE IN LINE BY 3:30 PM

  4. TICKETS AND SEATING • ADMISSION TICKETS WILL BE REQUIRED. • 7 TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED PER STUDENT • SEATS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FAMILY AND GUESTS ON THE LOWER AND BALCONY AREAS OF THE CHURCH

  5. HOW DO I GET THERE??? • DIRECTIONS FROM GREENWAY HIGH SCHOOL • Start at 3930 W GREENWAY RD, PHOENIX going toward N 39TH AVE - go 2.5 miles • 2. Continue on W GREENWAY PKY - go 4.4 miles • 3. Turn Right on N CAVE CREEK RD - go 1.6 miles • 4. Arrive at 13613 N CAVE CREEK RD, PHOENIX, on the Left

  7. BEFORE THE CEREMONY Security check Dress code check Carry cap and gown only Please no personal items. DURING THE CEREMONY The cap is worn on the head so it is parallel to the ground Tassels should hang over the right temple and are shifted to the left at the announcement during the ceremony (ladies should use bobby pins to keep cap in place) GRADUATE CHECK-IN

  8. Gentlemen Appropriate attire includes Dress Pants Dress Shirt Dress Shoes Ladies Appropriate attire includes Dress Slacks w/ blouse Dress or Skirt Dress shoes DRESS CODE NO cut-off shorts NO tennis shoes NO flip flops

Important Information BOOKSTORE AND MEDIA CENTER • OUTSTANDING DEBTS MUST BE PAID BY THE END OF THE DAY ON MAY 15TH. • All textbooks must be turned-in by May 21st. • GUIDANCE • STAY IN CONTACT WITH YOUR COUNSELOR TO REVIEW ANY CREDIT SITUATION IF YOU RECEIVED A POSSIBLE SENIOR FAILURE LETTER. • MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE SENIOR TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION SHEET.

EXPECTATIONS • ALL SENIORS MUST MEET THE STATE OF ARIZONA AND GUHSD BOARD OF EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE A DIPLOMA. • PROPER CEREMONY BEHAVIOR IS EXPECTED OF ALL GRADUATES AND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. • PHOENIX FIRST ASSEMBLY CHURCH PROHIBITS ANY DISRUPTIVE ITEMS SUCH AS AIR HORNS AND BALLOONS THAT WILL OBSTRUCT OTHER’S VIEW.
