Proposed screen modifications • Feedback received during consultations • Remove the Service Plans and Commitments tabs to provide a ‘flatter’ view for organisations and reduce the risk of users ‘losing their place’ in SAM • Add totals columns to the Agreements and Service Plans screens to reduce the need for drill down
Proposed screen modifications cont… • Remove the ‘forms’ view from screens to reduce duplication and enable the review of more records to be returns on each screen • Provide smarter sorting for Agreement records on screen eg. Latest versions for all relevant departments at the top of the screen, then listing the rest of the versions downwards with PCP’s (Consortium) agreements at the bottom
Proposed screen modifications cont… • Improve visibility of performance measures on screen • Enhance hyperlinking capacity from PDF reports back into SAM screens. eg. Commitment ID in PDF hyperlinks back to commitment in SAM • Move Out year views to a separate tab to give a ‘cleaner’ current year view under the Agreements tab
Reporting enhancements • Enhancements to existing SAM01 and SAM02 reports • Add activity name to SAM01 report • Add date modified to commitments in the SAM02 reports • Implement Corporate Reporting Tool to FAC
New reports • Reinstate the Funding and Events report • Remittance advice reporting • Indexation reporting
