Profile • Auto-Ross Bodyworks holding company is 100% Empowered company and operates under the direction of a strong professional Board of Directors with a strong number of women representation. • Auto-Ross Bodyworks is situated in Claremont behind the major Venus factory sale unit. • Auto-Ross has been in existence since 1987 and in June 2007 has been acquired from Grant and Thea Graff as part of their empowered strategy. • Auto-Ross Bodyworks is a major structural repairer and are members of S.A.M.B.R.A as well as R.M.I. • Our paint supplier is Spies Hecker, a leading international brand with a lifetime warranty. They supply ongoing training in specific painting techniques which ensures the best quality finishes at all times. • We, at Auto-Ross currently have a staff compliment of 19 employees whom are highly skilled in their positions including our quality controller, two junior managers and our workshop manager who are qualified artisans. • Auto-Ross employs highly skilled artisans and are focused on developing the Industry thru continued training of artisans, technicians and transforming and modernizing its workplace to an economic and environmental friendly and safe unit with a business thrust which will ensure maximum returns to its customer base and all participating business partners.

4. Equipment • Auto-Ross Bodyworks is equipped with a state of the art spray booth. It is rigged with combi-filters and water traps to prevent dust. Daylight globes will provide the perfect colour match. • Each workstation is equipped with all the tools necessary to complete the job on hand: • Dust extraction systems • Infra-red heaters • Primer and topcoat guns • Spotlights for polishing • Orbital sanding equipment • Panel stands and curtaining • Each bay has its own airlines and water traps • Polishing equipment • Chassis straightening equipment • Welding equipment • S.A.M.B.R.A major structural required equipment

5. General • Auto-Ross Bodyworks is very client focused and relies on CSI reports to constantly maintain or improve our customer service. • We have x3 courtesy cars available to assist customers who are unable to make alternative transport arrangements in the event that their car is with us for an extended time due to the nature of the job. • We also provide a shuttle service to transport customers to and from the workshop when necessary. • Auto-Ross Bodyworks also contributes to the BEE programme as stipulated by the Act and has been rated as a satisfactory contributor by Labour Aid.
