The Directorate of Market Management and Development will lead on the delivery of robust procurement and contracting processes, ensuring that agreements with providers are open and transparent and secure high quality services and value for money for the people of Surrey. This will involve working closely with providers and other commissioners to sustain and improve service provision through constructive performance management and promotion of the values of the NHS.
The directorate will be responsible for ensuring that through open and effective commissioning and decommissioning decisions, the PCT transforms clinical and service configuration, meeting local needs and securing world class improvements in outcomes and quality.Market Management and Development
