  2. . Festival Experience Programme Mission statement: To provide a professional opportunity to young adults who have an interest in areas of event planning and build on the relationship between Irish Fest and Ireland

  3. Aims of the Programme: • 3rd year of the programme • 3-4 interns chosen every year • Interns gain a complete festival experience at North Americas largest Irish Festival • Views to expand the programme in the future

  4. What the Programme Entails: • Selection Process • Host Families/Committee • Schedule • Coordinate with participating areas
