  2. BioKem specialises in Mobile Vacuum Dehydration Oil Purification System (VDOPS), assisting plant engineers on site, in keeping their asset lubrication in specification, in scheduled servicing, after contamination events, or pre commissioning.

  3. Equipped with 2 X 32 Kw heaters, and the capacity to flow 190 litres per minute, our Mobile VDOPS can achieve down to 25ppm moisture content and ISO 4406 13/12/11 particle cleanliness, surpassing all OEM lubrication specification requirements.

  4. Operating in By-Pass (kidney Loop) while plant is operational, or inline for commissioning and hot oil flushing during shutdowns.

  5. BioKem can tailor a solution, to meet your lubrication contamination challenges, and return plant and machinery back online with a minimum or no downtime, minimising revenue loss and wasted oilresources.
