As a high school senior and a hopeful division one athlete, I already had plenty on my plate as my school year was winding down. In addition to successfully completing my coursework and basketball season, I had a number of coaches and scouts from colleges wanting me to send them game for scholarship consideration.
I was expecting that I would simply be able to send files recorded on my friends’ phones along with digital recordings from my father’s and coaches’ digital camcorders on a disc to be played back on a computer.
Unfortunately, a good portion of my contacts at these schools informed me that they wanted a DVD that could be played in a normal DVD or Blu-ray player.
At this point I became pretty stressed over the whole issue. I thought that burning these files to a DVD would be difficult and expensive, not to mention time consuming; time that I simply did not have as a high school senior.
Fortunately, I happened upon a great video to DVD converter at convert-it.org. The website offered me a completely function free trial of their software, which was great so I could confirm that the software met my needs.
After downloading the software my anti-virus confirmed that it was indeed spyware and adware free as the site advertised.
As I began to use the software, I found that it was able to convert every single file type I had over to DVD. It couldn’t have been more convenient to use. During my use of this software, I learned that the United States and Europe used different codecs for their DVDs.
It’s a good thing the program informed me of this, otherwise I would have sent an unplayable disc to a school I’m looking at in Spain!
The video to DVD converter at convert-it.org also had some great tools to sharpen up my video. It automatically detected aspect ratio, cropped my videos to fit within the screen and even corrected any clips of mine that had a bad aspect ratio. I couldn’t have been more impressed!
I could even create both single and dual layer discs at whatever quality I desired. This video to DVD converter is simply a great product.
Thanks to the video to DVD converter from convert-it.org I was able to remove the stress from submitting my game tape to coaches and simply focus on finishing my final year of high school strong.
If it weren’t for this program I couldn’t begin to imagine how stressful my whole recruiting process might have been. Now that I’m attending school on a basketball scholarship, I have continued to use this video to DVD converter for class presentations.
My professors and classmates have all been impressed with the professional appearance of my DVD projects. Thanks to convert-it.org making great professional DVDs has been a breeze! Thanks again!
