  2. Alexandria Bay Here we come! INTRO You, your 18 year old brother, mom and dad are planning a trip to Alexandria Bay, NY for two weeks during the summer. You have always wanted to spend the family vacation in Alexandria Bay so your parents have put you in charge of creating the family itinerary for the two weeks.

  3. Task • It will be your task to plan the two week vacation and to make everyone happy at the same time. • You must take into account all of your families interests/concerns. • Everyone needs to do all of the activities together. • Your family members have reminded you of what they would like to do: Mom- likes to shop and explore old buildings Dad – likes to fish and experience the local pubs Brother- likes jetsking, movies and swimming You – beach bumb, snorkeling, diving, swimming and boating

Process Mom and dad said you have 2,500 dollars to use!!!! • When planning outthe trip remember you need a place to sleep, you need to eat and you need and want to do as many activities during the day to make all of your family members happy. • You will need to plan out each day with times and activities including meals. You can do this by creating an itinerary. Hint- your itinerary should include the cost for all activities, hotels and food so you can stay within your budget.
