PRS requested ERCOT to provide feedback on the status of the 2009 Project Priority List (PPL) given the Nodal Program’s status PRS will continue to work with ERCOT Project Management Office (PMO) on this topic and coordinate with other TAC Subcommittees ERCOT expects to have funding for projects in 2009 Project activities will continue to limit conflicts with nodal program If 2009 project budget is the same as 2008 ($27.5 MM), ERCOT expects spending to fall short of the budget due to nodal constraints When a new Nodal “Go-Live” date is finalized, ERCOT believes a formal review of the 2009 PPL with stakeholders is in order Market Operations (MO) & System Operations (SO) lists will be impacted significantly Nodal deferred items will be shifted forward in time Other operations considerations might reflect the need for new Zonal projects Activities in other CARTs need review Overall, review will result in a revised PPL that reflects the nodal schedule 2009 Project Allocations in Light of Nodal Timeline
