PREPARING SILOFLEX PLUS PUTTY dosage • dose putty material using measuring spoon • impress the edge of the spoon into the selected putty • 2 strand-lengths of the catalyst (8 cm) per 1 spoon An excess amount of catalyst shortens the working and the setting times.
PREPARING SILOFLEX PLUS PUTTY 45 s mixing • knead the substance thoroughly to achieve ahomogeneous colour without pink stripes !!! Work in protective gloves only !!!

PREPARING SILOFLEX PLUS LIGHT dosage mixing 1:1 30 s • mix until a homogeneous colour is achieved, spread thoroughly along the pad to achieve a smooth consistency without bubbles

IMPRESSION - PROCESSING • Impression - disinfection Disinfection in standard disinfection solution (e. g. Jodisol diluted with water at a ratio of1:10) • Store the impression at room temperature (up to 25 ºC) • Plaster can be placed in the impression 30 minutes from removal of the impression from the mouth • There are no time limitations, but it is recommended to cast within 4 hours.
PREPARING SILOFLEX PLUS Mistakes in preparation • non-homogeneous mixing – it can cause a foliated impression • Too quick setting, resp. no setting due to mixing ratio • Bad reproduction – impression at the end of working time
