Students will sit down for an initial interview with me before I make recommendations regarding suitable fellowship/fellow matches. 2. 4. 2013 URI Coastal Fellowship summer stipends will be paid for 14 weeks from May 20 – August 23, 2013. Coastal fellows are paid at a rate of $9.50/hour and work 20-40 hours per week. A student who works 20 hours per week for the full 14weeks will work a total of 280 hours and earn $2,660.00 salary and a FICA benefit of $203.49 (salary x 0.0765). Non-URI mentors may wish to make other payroll arrangements.
