  5. Bamboo Block 3 Cup Prep Board This is one of our leave it out blocks. It sits on 4 legs which stays out on your counter top.  The beautiful brown color is not a stain or paint.  Heat and pressure is applied to the bamboo and the sugar native to the material carmelizes giving this piece that beautiful color.  All Natural !! The cups are a great innovation. Each are measured to one cup so if you are working on a recipe calling for a cup of chopped onions just chop and then push into the bowl then into the pan. 

  6. Bamboo 2 Tone Cutting Board This bamboo cutting board was hand crafted from the Moso Strain of Bamboo. The bamboo was organically grown in fields where a great deal of personal care is given. The responsible Farmer signs and numbers each tube under his care. The Moso strain bamboo is harvested at approximately 60 feet and stripped. The bamboo with its extensive root system grows back to 60 feet where it can be harvested once again. This bamboo cutting board is 16% harder than rock maple. This will provide a non-toxic anti-microbial cutting surface which will be in service for many years.     Cleaning is very simple. Hand  clean  with soap and water and season with mineral oil once dry.  Two Tone. Dimensions: 11" x 8.75" x .50"
