Establishment • On confirmation of order we shall ensure the availability of the following resources for effective execution of the work. • For Complaint Handling – • Required Nos of trained workmen in each zone • Civil • Plumbing • Wood work • For Known Estimated Jobs- As required depending on job volume & time given

  5. Safety Plans • Trained Worker • Steel Scaffolding • PPEs • Safety Meeting with worker (weekly) • Safety Supervisor • First Aid Box • No Child Labour • Proper Working Environment

  6. Statutory Compliance Plan • Submission of • PF No. • ESI • Service Tax Reg. No. • TIN No. • PAN no. • LabourLicence • Wages as per min wage act. • Leave on Holiday & Sunday • Following Records will be maintained: • Labour Attendance Register • Wages Register • Labour Details Register • LabourI –Card • Medical Checkup • Safety training Record

  8. Execution • Timeliness • Quality – • Material as Per Standard Make • Quality Control System • Supervision • One Supervisor in each zone
