  3. GALC To Do in 2014 • Move from 8361 to new object code • Move allowance for doubtful accounts balances from converted GL to SL • Develop detail procedure • Specific questions? Please call GALC

Fiscal Year End • JV Deadline: 11am July 12, 2013 • L-01Accounts Payable-Non-Construction add PO# • “Year End” Accounting Period in the GL Balance query screen • Fiscal Period “13” in the GL Entry query screen • JV worksheet and supporting documents are attached to the eDoc to facilitate balance research

  5. Annual Equipment Inventory Verification • Get ready, make sure everything is tagged • Compiling reports through eThority • Distribution via email • Submit completed reports via email • Please email pnicol@hawaii.eduandmdctom@hawaii.edu with questions, requests, and completed reports
