Greek god of sleep Hypnosis = form of altered consciousness in which people become highly suggestible to changes in behavior and thought We all DO have a subconscious mind Allowing yourself to go into a state of consciousness whereby hypnotic suggestions won’t be interrupted or edited by the critical part of the mind
