Marana Unified School District Former Employee Survey

This survey conducted by Hanover Research in 2014-2015 reveals the satisfaction levels of former employees at Marana Unified School District (MUSD). While respondents were generally satisfied, areas of concern include large class sizes and salary and benefits. However, respondents believe the sense of community and professional development opportunities at MUSD are on par or better compared to their new districts. The survey also highlights the need for action steps such as refining the induction program, providing support to new teachers, increasing stipends for hard-to-fill positions, exploring salary schedule adjustments, and addressing concerns with administration.
