Lancaster stables I was always into horses. When I got my first horse, I had no money to feed it, so I started a boarding service.
Product and/or service • People come and keep their horse(s) at my barn for a fee. I feed the horses, clip the horses, and keep them at my barn. They just have to come and ride them.
Location where is it? • My barn is right behind my house. why is this a good location? • so I don’t have to go far to feed the horses and i don’t have to go far in case something is wrong.
Overall market business Business • Boarding horses is it doing well? • Yes why is it doing well? • Because lots of people in this area want horses but don’t have enough space for them.
customers • She is about 10 years old, she comes to ride a lot, she loves horses and is definitely not afraid of them. She wants a horse of her own when she gets older because right now she is riding her mothers horse. Customers: • My customers are not afraid of the horses and spend lots of time here. How do I approach them: • Nicely and with respect
Competition Who are your major competitors? • Julies stables, Circle B Farms advantages: • I have more stalls and more land disadvantages: • they are older so more people trust them so they get more customers.
