  1.     How to sign­up for Payoneer MasterCard Account     Payoneer Payment Services (video)          There are 2 available options for withdrawing money with Payoneer.  1. Withdraw money to your local bank account.  2. Withdraw money with Prepaid MasterCard card at ATM         

  2.         Step1.    Go to   http://www.payoneer.com/   and click on Sign Up.  Select prefered withdrawal method with “Local Bank Account” or select “Prepaid MasterCard  Card”, we recommend if available to chose the “Local Bank Account” option since you don’t  need to wait for the Prepaid card to be shipped, after selecting the option just click on “Sign Up”.                                         

  3. Step 2.   Fill out your personal details and click on “Next” button.                                             

  4. Step 3.   Provide your contact details and click on “Next” button.        Step 4.   Provide your security details and click on “Next” button.         

  5. Step 5.   Provide your government issued ID details. It could be the Driver License or Passport or  National ID.        Check all the check marks for terms and conditions. Click on “Order” button.      After completing these steps you will get “Order Confirmation” email. Once your application is  approved if you chose the Prepaid MasterCard option your Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard
