Introduction You are interviewing for a personal training position at a local fitness club. The last step in the interview process requires you create an individualized fitness plan for yourself and present it to the hiring manager.
Requirements • Set a Goal – this goal must be measurable and related to one or more fitness components. You must include a target date to reach your ultimate goal and set intermediate goals, each with target dates. Finally, you must reward yourself for reaching each of your goals.
Requirements 2. Research the following exercise/workout philosophies and determine which one/ones you will use to achieve your goal. Cardio Exercises (low intensity vs. slow & steady) Strength Training (for teens) Strength Training (overall benefits) Metabolic Conditioning Flexibility
Requirements 3. Develop a personal fitness plan using one or more of the training philosophies that you have researched. Use the Fitness Plan Development worksheet to complete this task.
