  2. Rehabilitation consultant What is a rehabilitation consultant? Rehabilitation consultants are usually involved in a range of services some examples are delivering disability management programs and assessments of work capacity, specialist disability services, injury prevention services, and injury services. • The role of a rehabilitation consultant includes working with: • job seekers, individually and in groups, to help them manage the barriers they face in getting work, preparing them for job searching and supporting them once they get a job • employers to locate job opportunities for CRS Australia job seekers, manage return to work for injured employees, and to provide workplace safety and injury prevention services. • community groups to keep up-to-date with local training, disability programs and employment market opportunities.   3. Psychiatrist What is a psychiatrist? A psychiatrist is a licensed medical doctor, who has not only earned a medical degree, but has further specialized in the field of psychology, which emphasizes the care and treatment of people with a mental illness. Specialization takes three to four years after obtaining a medical license, and often involves treating people with mental illness in a variety of settings. Other psychiatrists not only prescribe medication but also offer therapy, since they are trained to do so, much as any other therapist would be.
