What Is Scrip • Retailers sell gift cards and certificates at a discount through Scrip • Families purchase gift cards, e-cards, or reload their cards at face value and receive face value • Ruth Washburn receives the extra money from the discount…this can range from 3%-14% • Purchase cards for anywhere you currently shop and RWCNS receives money whenever you shop!

What is PrestoPay? • Uses ACH deposit to process transactions • SAFE and SECURE (same system used for both direct deposit and social security) • ACH transactions are regulated by the Federal Reserve Bank and the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, and must follow rules established by NACHA, the Electronic Payments Association. Many times when you use a paper check, the merchant actually converts it electronically and processes it as an ACH transaction anyway. • All the information you enter for PrestoPay on ShopWithScrip is transmitted via secure data links, and all your account information is encrypted

What Next? • To finish PrestoPay, you will enter the TWO small deposited amounts in your bank account • Contact Eliza Cagle and you will receive a special code to finish the validation process • You can also pay by cash or check at RWCNS school. Orders need to be placed by Wednesday at 11:30am for that week!
