Build a strategy map • For your business unit or a specific product, build a strategy map that defines the key value drivers (usually five to seven drivers) and place them on the X-axis • For each value driver, indicate where you believe the average industry solution is on that axis, then join the dots to make a curve or line • For each value driver, consider if that offering is undermet or overmet for the average customer or a specific customer segment.
