  2. As autumn leaves turn to gold,

  3. The trees bow down in highest praise,

  4. Now made bare before Your throne.

  5. The western sky an amber blaze,At the end of the day,

  6. For everything must die to rise again.

  7. The winters chill, a bitter cold

  8. As sin and shame leave us to fall,

  9. The clouds now full of newborn snow,

  10. For grace to come and save us all,

  11. Within the darkest night of man,

  12. Was found Your saving hand,

  13. For everything must die to rise again.

  14. On the third day, behold the King,

  15. On the third day, death has no sting,

  16. On the third day, we’re forgiven and reconciled

  17. The earth it groans in labor pains,

  18. As flowers stretch to heaven above,

  19. Your creatures sing the prophet’s song, To be a gift of selfless love.

  20. The sun is rising in the east,

  21. And Your Spirit is unleashed,
