Takeaways • When considering a District Grant, also think about a project somewhere other than your town or region • Think about strategic relationships • Collaborate with other clubs/Districts • With other organizations outside of Rotary • How can your idea attract other funding sources? • Build enthusiasm in others about your project. Share your wonderful opportunity to Serve • Don’t become discouraged if everything doesn’t go “right” • Use every opportunity to tell your story about your project • Wear Rotary “on your sleeve”
