SOFTPATH UPGRADE 4.3.08.12 (Including ASCII Base 4.02.22.3, HIS 4.02.59.1, INST 4.02.48.2, COMMONS 4.1.1.13.5, & SOFT REPORTS 1.1.7.5.1 ) The Vancouver Clinic SoftPath Upgrade was installed in SCC UPG environment on 8-31-09. The version in LIVE was 4.2.3.4.9. Pre-validation testing was completed on 10-07-09. The testing of the validation scenarios began on 10-09-09 and was completed on 11-30-09. A hot fix for the assigning of specimen source was installed and validated. Other problems encountered were fixed or were suspended to future releases. The LIVE SoftPath back-up was completed by The Vancouver Clinic’s IT department at 12:15 am 12-14-09. SCC began the install of the upgrade into LIVE at 03:00 12-14-09 and completed at 06:29. The testing of SoftPath and SoftLab was completed by SCC technical specialists at 6:44 am. A tissue was ordered on a Test Patient to test functionality in LIVE environment. Validation of SoftLab functionality and interface check in LIVE environment was completed at TVC at 7:02 am.
