Important Details • Budget approved by IEEE • IEEE concentration account has been opened • Conference budget about $500 k • funds so far • - $25k from the Department of Energy • - $20k loan from IEEE • - $5k each from NRL, GA, SNL and LLNL • - $10k from AFOSR • - $7k from NSF • Bo Yu’s software for abstract submission and registration • Tony Lavietes’s LCD projectors and computers + two staff staff
