Tuul River Improvement Project Impact: • Environmentally sustainable water management in the Tuul River Basin. Outcome: Improved Tuul River in the Ulaanbaatar area. Outputs: • Tuul River Basin Authority institutional capacity strengthened, • (ii) water security for Ulaanbaatar improved, • (iii) urban riverbank environment established.
