FFS Accountants & Consultants FFS Accountants and Consultants was established in May 2011 with the vision of providing high quality accounting and consultancy services to the diversified range of businesses. We have a team of qualified professionals who has strong experience and aptitude to understand the needs of the businesses. We understand that timely processing of financial information is critical for the successful running of the business and helps management in effective decision making.
FFS Accountants & Consultants We believe on business focus approach and work closely with our valued customers for delivering cost effective and customized solutions. We trust on strong ethical environment and observe high ethical standards during work. We maintain the confidentiality of information. Our team contains Chartered Accountants, Cost and Management Accountants, MBA and CIA. Our team has extensive experience of working in UAE.
FFS Accountants & Consultants We have started the IFRS helpdesk in July 2011. We sent to our staff latest IFRS pronouncements and guidance through IFRS helpdesk. We also arrange trainings for IFRS from time to time. Currently, we are working on the finalization of training program for 2011 -2012. We have a dedicated business development partner who is responsible for exploring business opportunities, analysing different channels of marketing and maintaining relationships with the client. Currently, we are planning for the email marketing and analysing its impact on the organization.
FFS Accountants & Consultants We have the professional licence of accounting and business consultancy services. For auditing services, we have arrangement with ABS Auditors and Consultants. Currently, we have staff of 6 persons and we can share the resources with ABS as and when need arises. We can also hire staff from Pakistan on secondment for the current year and have considered this option in our business plan. We expect to get more resources by the end of December .

Partners’ Profile Farhan Ali Farhan is a qualified member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ACA), Certified Internal Auditor (USA) and Certified Control Assessment Auditor. He has extensive experience accounting, auditing and risk management services. He has worked in big 4 audit firms in Pakistan, UAE and Romania at different levels. He has experience of 12 years and has been working in UAE since last 6 years. He is responsible for the auditing and consultancy practice . He is also the head of IFRS helpdesk. He is also involved in the training of staff and provide trainings in the International Financial Reporting Standards and Auditing Standards.
Partners’ Profile Ali Imran Ali is an associate member of institute of cost and management accountants of Pakistan. He has also degree in finance (M.com) Punjab University. He has experience of around 14 years in accounting and finance. He has worked at senior finance positions both in Pakistan and UAE. He has experience of working in UAE for 4 years. He has the strong background of Accounting and Finance and is responsible for the accounting practice. He has experience of teaching the Accounting and Finance subjects as well and is also involved in the training of staff.
Partners’ Profile Faisal Ibrahim Siddiqui Faisal has degree in business administration (MBA). He has been working in UAE since last 8 years. He has experience of both finance and business development. He has worked in different real estate organizations at senior finance and senior business development executive positions. He has excellent ability of building relationships and has strong connections in the Industry. He is the head of business development of firm. He has also been involved in the financial consultancy of real estate projects.
