  4. Projects in Feasibility and Design • Milltown, ME • Design started July 2012 • Construction Start Spring 2013 • Madawaska, Maine • Focus on upgrading of main inspection building • Construction start planned for 2014

  5. Projects in Feasibility and Design • Derby Line, Vermont • Focusing on commercial processing • Construction Start planned in 2014

  6. Ongoing Construction • Van Buren, Maine • Construction Start • 06/2011 • Estimated Construction Completion • 7/2013 • Project is six months ahead of schedule

  8. Other Project • Alexandria Bay, New York • Re-design a likely scenario • Project remains a CBP priority • Could be constructed in two phases

  9. Other Projects • Fort Kent, ME • GSA will make modifications to the lanes & canopies to accommodate the alignment of the new bridge from St. Clair, NB. • Completion by October 2013

  10. Program Outlook • Some funding relief in the future? • No program for FY 2013 • A small FY2014 program possible • A continued emphasis on small cost, quick fixes. • Public Private Partnerships
