Receiving nominations • Partners send lists of names of selected students • Current Exchange Agreements are checked for number of student months and study area(s) • Confirm to partner: ”Your students are welcome… ” • Email to the selected students: ”Welcome to apply” including application information
Dialogue with prospective students Email address for students’ questions: international.office@mdh.se General questions and accommodation issues Academic questions forwarded to the international coordinators at our departments. They communicate directly with the students.

Receivingapplications • Is it complete? If not request the missing document(s) • Confirm receipt of application to student • Copy and distribute to the international coordinators according to selected courses in Learning Agreement • Coordinators check students’ transcripts to see if they fit with selected courses and email students about it
Planning Reception and Introduction Days Contact accommodation agency for dates and times of student reception Contact International Committee of the Student Union for list of activities and budget Prepare Arrival Form, the Getting Started document and Following Letter Contact all persons involved in the Introduction Days and agree on date and time of appearance
Admission Letter Import online applications into data base Check address information in data base Prepare Letters of Acceptance Add Arrival Form and other information Send to students
Student Reception Open 4-6 hours during the 3 days before Introduction Days Students meet staff of accommodation agency to sign contract and get keys to their rooms Minibuses for transportation to accommodationsDrivers are students from the International Committee When are they coming?? Assemble information in received Arrival Forms No pickup service at airports, just written travelling directions
