  1. ABRAHAMIC RELIGIONS Islam is an Abrahamic religion or Judeo-Abrahamic Faith, like Judaism and Christianity (and Mandaeism and the Bahá'í Faith). Abrahamic religions or Judeo-Abrahamic Faith derived from common ancient Semitic tradition adherent to Abraham.

  2. Jews: Abraham is progenitor of the people of Israel, through his descendants Isaac and Jacob. Christians: Abraham is an exemplar of faith and a physical, ancestor of Jesus. Muslims: Abraham is one of the many prophets sent by God

Islam is the final correction of Judaism and Christianity and Qur’an is the final uncorrupted word of God

  4. Islam (الإسلامal-'islām) is based upon the Qur'an. Followers of Islam are called Muslims (مسلم). Islam was sent by God (اللهAllāh) through revelations to Muhammad, God's final prophet.
