We Provide You Classes Based on Your Convenience. You Choose The Time That Suits You and the Level at Which You’re Comfortable. You’ll never miss classes just because they don’t line up with your schedule.Some people prefer to start with private training. These 1 on 1 sessions or small group classes allow the instructor to teach the lessons in the order that will optimize learning and to adapt techniques to suit an individual’s strengths and weaknesses. Private lessons begin with a warm up designed to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. The warm up is followed by a review of the previous lessons techniques and introduction of new techniques. After the student has developed a strong understanding of the new moves through drilling, the instructor will show you how to combine them with previously learned techniques to develop speed and reflexes. This process continues until you have mastered all the techniques in the module. 1. Flexibility: We’ll schedule your private class at a time convenient for you. 2. Customizable: We can tailor your class to your situation. 3. Comfortable: If you are shy or uncomfortable in a group setting, a private class is for you. Private classes for individuals are available at a discounted rate when you purchase a package of five or more.
