Elements of Team Success عناصر نجاح الفريق و جاءوا اليه مقدمين مفلوجا يحمله اربعة. و اذ لم يقدروا ان يقتربوا اليه من اجل الجمع كشفوا السقف حيث كان و بعدما نقبوه دلوا السرير الذي كان المفلوج مضطجعا عليه. فلما راى يسوع ايمانهم قال للمفلوج يا بني مغفورة لك خطاياك. (مر 2: 3 – 5) Then they came to Him, bringing a paralytic who was carried by four [men].And when they could not come near Him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where He was. So when they had broken through, they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying.When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, "Son, your sins are forgiven you". (Mar 2: 3 – 5)

7. إعضاء الفريق Team Members

8. فانه كما في جسد واحد لنا اعضاء كثيرة و لكن ليس جميع الاعضاء لها عمل واحد.هكذا نحن الكثيرين جسد واحد في المسيح و اعضاء بعضا لبعض كل واحد للاخر.(رو 12: 4 – 5) For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, [being] many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. (Rom 12: 4 – 5)

12. فاطلب اليكم انا الاسير في الرب ان تسلكوا كما يحق للدعوة التي دعيتم بها.بكل تواضع و وداعة و بطول اناة محتملين بعضكم بعضا في المحبة.مجتهدين ان تحفظوا وحدانية الروح برباط السلام.جسد واحد و روح واحد كما دعيتم ايضا في رجاء دعوتكم الواحد.رب واحد ايمان واحد معمودية واحدة. (أف 4: 1 – 5) I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. [There is] one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism (Eph 4: 1- 5)

15. فالان اعضاء كثيرة و لكن جسد واحد. لا تقدر العين ان تقول لليد لا حاجة لي اليك او الراس ايضا للرجلين لا حاجة لي اليكما. (1كو 12: 20 – 21)But now indeed there are many members, yet one body.  And the eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you”; nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” (1 Corinthians 12:20- 21) قد تتحول المشاكل إلى فرص عندما يتكون الفريق المناسب “Problems can become opportunities when the right team come together. ”

16. T-Together معا E-Everyone كل عضو A- Accomplishesيحقق M-Miracles/ More معجزات / أكثر تحقيق الحلم يحتاح لفريق عمل متكامل “It takes teamwork to make the dream work”
