What is Dual Enrollment? A process by which high school students take courses from a state public or private postsecondary institution while still enrolled as a high school student and receive Dual Academic Credit or Dual Technical Credit both at the high school and at the postsecondary institution.
What is Dual Academic Credit? A process by which high school students take courses from a state public or private postsecondary institution while still enrolled as a high school student and receive college credit and high school credit simultaneously for approved academic courses.
What is Dual Technical Credit? A process by which high school students take courses from a state public or private postsecondary institution while still enrolled as a high school student and receive college credit and high school credit simultaneously for approved career technical courses.
What is Move on When Ready? Permits high school Juniors and Seniors in Georgia to leave assigned high school and attend postsecondary institution full-time to earn course credit that will apply towards high school graduation and college.
